• There is a minimum requirement for off spa hours, Sunday, and holiday bridal appointments. This requirement is a minimum of three makeup appointments, including the bride.
• Payment is due for all wedding party appointments in full at lease one week before your scheduled wedding date. A bill will be sent to your home address.

• Travel expense: $30 minimum (first 25 miles)
• Bride is responsible for parking fee (Hotel) if applicable.
• Minimum requirement for travel is 2 makeup appointments, this may include the bride. A $200 deposit is required upon booking. This is applied to final bridal payment. Please see cancellation policy concerning refund. Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added.
• Payment is due for all wedding party appointments in full at lease one week before your scheduled wedding date. A bill will be sent to your home address.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 30 days notification to cancel bridal appointments. If you cancel in less than 30 days we charge your credit card half price of the services booked. If you cancel in under 48 hours or do not show up for your appointments we charge the credit card full price of the services booked. Deposit is non-refundable if less than 30 days notification is given, and the above policy also applies. If the bride’s package is purchased, it is considered a gift certificate and is not redeemable for cash if appointments are cancelled. If you have this package and cancel your appointments the remaining balance can be used for services or product at the spa.

Attention all Hair Clients:

Instructions for preparation of hair prior to appointment:

For an updo- Please do not wash your hair the day of your appointment. For hair to stay up easily it must be somewhat dirty. We recommend that you wash your hair the day prior to your updo appointment, and let it dry naturally. Please do not apply any products to your hair at this time. For a blowout- Please come in with freshly washed hair. Do not apply any products to your hair after washing it, or blow dry/ style it in any way.
