Safety precautious and rules for our Re-opening!

We are excited to announce that our Spa can finally reopen! As of Tuesday 23rd. 

We can not wait to begin providing all of your favorite Spa services. In preparation for our opening, here is a reminder of the safety precautions + rules for your first appointment back. 

Our commitment to your health, safety, comfort and of course your Wellness remains our top priority.

PRECAUTIONS 

CLIENT CHECK IN:
Call upon arrival so we can let you know if your therapist is ready for you. Please enter through the back door and exit through the front door as the Spa will be one way.

You will be given Sanitized Spa Slippers before entering the Spa for Services. 

Client will be checked via touchless thermometer at check-in. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will be asked to reschedule.

Due to limited capacity, our cancellation policy has been changed to require 48 hours notice to avoid charges. 

MASKS AT ALL TIMES:
Bring a disposable or washable mask and our team will also be wearing masks.

We will also provide you with one during your service if needed. 

Our Team will wear the following: masks, face shields/protective eyewear, gloves + disposable aprons. These will be changed in between each client. 

Our technicians will wear new/clean PPE with each client.

SANITIZE UPON ARRIVE:
We will provide you with hand sanitizer at the entrance and throughout the Spa. 

All Spa members have been Barbicide + Barbicide Covid-19 certified 

WAITING AREA:
Our waiting area will be closed and we will not be offering any complimentary neck warmers beverages or magazine at this time. 

Eye pillows will not be used during this time. 

Our Steam room will remain temporarily closed due to state regulations.

Our heated treatment table pads have been covered so that we can continue to offer a heated treatment table for those of you who prefer such.

We have added signage and floor markings to assist with keeping all of us socially distanced, whenever possible.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT:
Credit card or Apple pay are preferred. 
Cash back is not available. We kindly ask if you would like to leave gratuity to do so with Venmo or cash/check enclosed in an envelope. 

Plexiglass partitions have been installed at the Front Desk. 

A Safety + Protection fee will be added per service.

APPOINTMENTS:
We ask you to please give yourself plenty of time to relax and enjoy your service. 

CLIENTS ONLY:
No friends, family or children may accompany you to your appointment during this time. 

RETAIL AREA:
Our team will be happy to help you stock up on your favorite skincare/ cosmetics and wellness products or we can recommend something new! 

Please ask for assistance while you browse for product. 

Hand sanitizer and gloves are provided for stress free shopping. 

Each item is sanitized before giving to you. 

We will continue to offer free shipping in the US, and curbside pick up on all our Eminence Skincare / Glo Cosmetics / CBD and wellness products. 

NO WALK – IN SERVICES:
Please call ahead to schedule appointments and product pickup. 

ESSENTIAL ITEMS ONLY:
Please only bring your essential personal items – keys, phone, kindle or payment method. Please refrain from bringing beverages. 
For your comfort The Spa will continue provide Slippers, Towels and Robes. 

SOCIAL DISTANCE:
Our Team members will remain Spa 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing. Our staff will be limited and adding additional days to accommodate our clients. 

STRICT SANITATION:
We will be following all recommended measures of sanitation and disinfection required by the CDC between all clients as well as cleaning the Spa, Surfaces and restroom throughout the day. 

CANCELLATIONS:
We ask if you or someone you know is not feeling well that you promptly cancel your appointment.
